Passionate about creating powerful learning environments, Jennifer has been a pioneer and thought leader in the field of Group and Team Coaching. She is the author of Effective Group Coaching (John Wiley and Sons, 2010) and From One to Many: Best Practices for Team and Group Coaching (Jossey-Bass, 2013).
In her work Jennifer weaves together her 25 years experience as an experiential educator, group facilitator and coach. Jennifer is a former manager with the UN and other international organizations.
In 2004, Jennifer founded her company Potentials Realized, and works with corporate and public clients in the areas of leadership, business development and teamwork. Jennifer works across industries including financial services, health care, education, safety as well as with public and non-profit clients.
Since 2006, Jennifer has trained coaches in group coaching techniques through approved ICF CCE programs, and has also acted as a mentor coach. Jennifer is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach. She also holds professional designations in the areas of HR and Performance Improvement. She holds a Bachelor of Science, and a Masters of Environmental Studies.
Jennifer is the Lead Instructor for ICA's Group and Team Coach training course.
