The course has a 3 hour per week commitment, over 9 weeks.
Throughout the course, you will learn a specific methodology of Executive and Leadership coaching, practice what you have learned, discuss new insights and observations from outside the class, have your coaching observed, receive mentoring from ICF credentialed coaches and connect with accountability partners to further your coaching development.
