Through Team Coaching, group members are better able to collectively align with the organization's goals, develop strategies and processes that improve overall and individual performances, and develop a collaborative mindset that comes from getting to know each other and sharing common goals.

Team and Group Coach Training Course Details
This 38 hour ICF ACSTH approved program explores the growing field of group and team coaching. Coaches continue to expand their offerings to groups in the public by working with diverse clientele such as large corporations, small business owners, non-profit, or government prganizations, singles, parents, or other groups. Coaches may also be interested in positioning coaching offerings for teams and groups in the non-profit, public or for-profit sectors. This program explores what team and group coaching is, the core skills and best practices of team and group coaching, as well as the distinctions between these sub-disciplines. Participants will learn about the best practices for designing, implementing and marketing group and team coaching programs. Coaches who participate in the program will also participate in a practicum component where they will have the opportunity to lead the peers through a group or team coaching process, and receive feedback on their skills. The course covers topics such as running successful virtual programs, exercises, resources and activities for group and team coaching, and positioning team coaching. Using ICA instructor, Jennifer Britton’s book From One to Many: Best Practices for team and Group Coaching as a text, this program includes training and practicum elements around the foundations of team and group coaching.
