A Coaching Special Interest Group or S.I.G. is inclusive, promotes rigorous critical thought and the development of applied coaching skills, all the while adhering to the highest levels of professional standards and practice as reflected in the ICF Ethical Guidelines and Competencies.
S.I.G.s are aligned with specific interests or topics. For example, ADHD Coaches would be interested in participating in a Holistic Life Coaching S.I.G. that focuses on issues of relevance to ADHD coaches. Similarly the Relationship Coaching S.I.G., or the Executive and Corporate Coaching S.I.G., would focus on the specific application of skills relative to their respective coaching niches.
Typically S.I.G. attendees will call in to a conference call to participate in the session.
Impact Coaching S.I.G.s are monthly, 1 hour in length group conference calls, led by an ICF credentialled coach who works in the area of specialization that is the S.I.G. focus.
Impact Coaching Academy supports all coaches in improving and honing their coaching skills. And we offer a number of FREE monthly Special Interest Group (S.I.G.) conference calls that provide ongoing learning and self-development opportunities for ALL coaches - whether you are an Impact student or not.
Our S.I.G.s provide FREE ICF CCEs to any coach who participates.
